A very good selection from research variety. Long time keeping quality, milky white curd colour. Maturity time 50–60 days. Curd weight: 500g – 1.25 kg*. Best sowing time is April to July.

Cauliflower - Balwan
An ordinary variety, compact full Cauliflower and milky white color. Maturity duration: 45–50 days from transplanting. Best sowing time: March to 10th August. Curd weight: 400g – 800g*.
